Kindly acquaint yourself with the following elaborated terms and conditions that specify our commitment to providing quality workmanship and service.

Quote Validity -

All quotes provided by Ace Tile and Grout remain valid for a period of 60 days from the inception date stated on the document. Following this timeframe, prices and values are subject to review and adjustment at the discretion of Ace Tile and Grout.

Proposal Acceptance -

Upon acceptance of our proposal, the client acknowledges and agrees to the provision of all outlined materials and labor as detailed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This acceptance is tantamount to the agreement to fulfill the project requirements for the agreed-upon sum.

Additional Work -

Should the need arise for supplementary materials or labor beyond the original project scope, Ace Tile and Grout will promptly notify the client for explicit approval before commencing any additional work.

Deposit Requirement -

For accepted estimates amounting to $500.00 or more, a deposit equivalent to 40% of the total estimate is mandatory at the time of scheduling to secure the project booking and initiate preparatory arrangements.

Limited Warranty -

Ace Tile and Grout extends a limited warranty that covers the services rendered within the manufacturers' specified warranty period. It is imperative for customers/contractors to meticulously read and comprehend the manufacturers' warranty terms and conditions, in addition to understanding the prescribed aftercare procedures for maintaining the integrity of the sealed surface. Detailed warranty information is available upon request for reference.

Final Payment -

The final payment is due promptly upon the completion of the provided services by Ace Tile and Grout. Any outstanding balances are required to be settled in full at this juncture.

Warranty Duration -

Cleaning & Sealing Services: A comprehensive 12-month warranty is offered to safeguard the quality and durability of our cleaning and sealing services.

Caulking Services: A generous 24-month warranty accompanies our caulking services, ensuring sustained performance and durability.

Grout Repair Services: An 18-month warranty is provided for our professional grout repair services, emphasizing our commitment to lasting quality.
